Q2. Please briefly explain the various License Types?
A. The various Non-Exclusive License Types have been included below. Please note that with the purchase of any License from COCCO Beats, you will have rights to perform your song, place your song on radio, tv, record a music video, release your song on iTunes and distribute your Master Recording, 100% royalty-free.

For further details on the various license types, please visit: http://www.spentrecords.com/licensinginfo

Q3. What Payment Methods do you accept?
A. We accept Paypal, Debit/Credit Card (through paypal checkout), Western Union, MoneyGram, Google Checkout and Money Order. For further details, please visit our Payment Options page: http://www.spentrecords.com/paymentoptions

Q4. What format will the instrumentals be upon delivery?
A. We provide WAV format, which is a universal format, compatible with all major recording devices and softwares on the market (E.g. Pro Tools, Cubase, Logic, etc.); the Mp3 for the full stereo mix will be delivered upon request.

Q5. What are Multi-Tracks?
A. Multi-Tracks, also known as Track Outs or Track Separation files are essentially the individual instrument layers (such as the Kick, Snare, Hi Hat, Baseline, Strings, Piano, Guitars, Sound FX, Vocals) as separated layers which can be used to professionally mix your song, add drops to a targeted section of the beat or simply add more flexibility to the mixing and mastering process. For example, if the ‘synth lead’ is clashing with your vocals, you will need to alter the equalization (EQ), specifically on that track alone; the individual instrument layers make this possible.

The average breakdown in Multi-Track layers is between 5-10 separated instruments, more or less, depending on how complex the instrumental is.

Q6. Is it possible to receive the ‘dry’ Multi-Tracks, without the added effects such as Compression, EQ and Reverb?
A. Although this is an uncommon request, this is possible but there will be a $19.95 ‘service charge’ for re-tracking out the instrumental in this format. Please contact sales@spentrecords.com for assistance.

Q7. How will I receive the Beat File(s) and License Agreement?
A. Shortly after your payment has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with the download link(s) (no later than 24 hours); simply click or copy and paste the link into your browser to initiate the download process. The License Agreement will be included with your order. You may use this license to show proof that you have rights to legally distribute your Master Recording for profitable-use; this especially can be useful when professionally pressing up CD's with your local Manufacturer or when submitting your music to Record Labels/Radio Stations, as their security protocol is stricter than ever when it comes to potential piracy.

Q8. How can I process my payment?
A. We offer two options; the most common option is through the store section below the main audio player on the home page (http://www.spentrecords.com).

Q9. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. Orders for all License Types are processed manually within 24 hours; the average wait time is 1-4 hours from the time the payment is received. Orders are processed manually to ensure quality in format (WAV), distribution of official license agreements with signature and tracking information upon actual shipment of your package (premium and unlimited license). You can expect to receive your package in the mail within 3-5 days (domestic, US), 6-10 days (international).
